Namaste and welcome to A se Anar in Blackpool. We’re delighted to open our blog with a little story about who we are, what inspires our kitchen, and how we hope you’ll feel every time you dine with us.
A se Anar — a name with meaning
Our name references the pomegranate (anar) — a symbol of progress, beauty, luxury, and ambition. It reflects the spirit behind everything we do: thoughtful hospitality, refined flavours, and a warm welcome.
Our food: family recipes, hand-blended spices
Inspired by the culinary journeys of Jodhpur and Kolkata, our menu celebrates traditional family recipes and fresh ingredients. We hand-blend spices to build depth of flavour — the kind that lingers and brings people together.
Athithi Devo Bhava — the guest is equivalent to God.
